I've been taking Relacore for the last 2 weeks to increase my energy and help stabilize my mood. I haven't had any side effects so far, and like that I do have more energy and seem to be better mood-wise. Anyone had any bad side-effects from taking it?

What can I do next?

Hi,

I took Relacore for two months. I did notice loosing a couple of pounds, but the side effect was thickening facial hair. I got off of Relacore and it went away. Now, I'm taking my abc's vitamins separately and the side effect went away and I'm keeping the weight off.

Yes - not only did I not lose any "belly fat", I didn't sleep for the entire 6 months I took it. South Beach Diet is the best way to lose it! Also, Arbonne's Figure 8 supplement and fizzy tablets.

J.,

As far as i know, Relacore is nothing more that a mixture of mega B vitamins with other normal vitaimns mixed in with it. Many time when you have been pregnant over the past 3-5 years your body will deplete itself from the B vitamins (B-6, B-11, B-12 etc.) and you will begin to feel its affect. B helps regulate the mood portion of the brain. When you feel better you are less likely to overeat due to stress or depression hence the weight loss that they marketed in the beginning of sales of Relacore. ( Belly Fat Reduced with Relacore) The stress fat is always help in the Belly area. So if you see a woman or man with a huge belly you can assume that they are living with a great deal of stress and no B to help them loose the belly fat.

You are wise to realize that your body was depleated from the vitamins necessary to function propertly in terms of activity level and moods. Once the body has built up a storehouse of the chemical seratonian that the b vitamins help make you will be back to your old self. Get enough sunlight as well to help your body make the seritonian. You should notice that you sleep better, have a better attitude about things, don't feel moody as ofter, have more energy to function through out your day and also you may find yourself getting back to enjoying outdoor activities.

Many women today do not eat properly and in that they loose many NEEDED vitamins to get their bodies to function properly. Also the food that used to be rich in nuitrients are now just empty food with nothing but man made chemicles and sugars in them.

You are on the right track, I would like to hear how you are doing after being on the suppliment for about 6 months. Sometimes it takes that long to build back up your system after having stress in your life. (Young children, babies, PG's and NO SLEEP!!!

Keep Mothering.

If you are worried about side effects (and I would certainly be with meds) why don't you try some mood balancing herbs in the form of herbal tea? These are safe and effective and will actually nourish and tone your system unlike medications. Licorice root is a tonic for the adrenals. Weak adrenals are associated with fatigue, depression, irritability, etc. Dandelion root cools the liver and removes toxins to improve mood among other things! Nettle contains natural seratonin to elevate mood and improve brain function plus it's wonderfully nourishing, packed with minerals and vitamins and finally lavender is called "the herb of harmony" for good reason! If you are interested in a customized tea, visit my little website www.LostRiverNaturals.com and I'd be happy to put one together for ya! All organic and affordable. :o)

Hi. My name is S.. I took Relacore for a few months a couple of years ago and it really DID help me lose weight. I had NO adverse side effects from it. Bodies are all different, though and if you feel at all strange while taking it, contact your doctor immediately. Good luck!
