I used to be an avon rep. I don't think you can just pay the fee. I had to wait for a woman to come and talk to me. It didn't take that long though. I wanted to let you know also that I am a rep with a very young company. There is lots of room to grow with us. The Body Shop has been around since the 70's, but the at home division has only been around for about 5 years. I am looking to grow my team.
