We use Kirkland brand (Costco) diapers for both kids, my daughter never had a problem with leaks, but now I have a very active 6 month old little boy, who seems to soak through his jammies at least 2 times at night and when napping. Any suggestions on good "night time" diapers???

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

The Huggies Overnight worked! Now I may be jumping ahead, but last night, during his 1 am feeding, changed diaper, no leaks!! Thank you moms!!!!

The Huggies nightime worked better for me than the pampers nighttime. Going up a size also helped. Doing those 2 things, my son went from wetting through every night to only every once in a while.

Good luck

I am with SH make sure he's pointing down and huggies night time if they thave them in his size. I dont' remember what size they start at. Boys and girls usually differ in what you can put on them. Shoot there was some I could use with one son I could not use with the other. Because one had skinny bird legs and the other one had little chuncky legs so they fit differently. Unfortunalty the best thing to do it try different ones till you find what you need.

Good luck and God Bless

Both my boys had this problem. We have had great success with Huggies Nighttime diapers. We buy a size larger than we would for regular diapers. During the day my son wears size 3...nighttime size 4. Not to say we don't occasionally get a leak but most nights...no problems! He can last from about 6:30pm to 7am.
Good luck!

Get one size bigger of Huggies Overnight diapers (much better than pampers). This is what worked for us!

Before switching brands, try going up a size first.

We used Pampers Baby Dry and when she wet through her diapers, we went up a size.

We LOVE Costco, but we HATE their diapers.

We bought ONE box of them for our son and they leak through every single night...and we have to change them more regularly during the day than the Huggies. Huggies Little Snugglers don't leak through at night.

We use huggies night time. It works for us. If you are having problems after switching up a size, or switching to night time, consider double diapering. You put on a diaper, cut a slash in the outside liner, then put a second diaper on over top. Twice the absorbancy.

Also consider double lining the crib. Mattress, then pad, then sheet, then pad then sheet. That way, if you are stripping the bed in the middle of the night, at least you don't have to fumble to make it again.

Good luck to you and yours,

Huggies. We used the red box, not the overnights. If your happy with your brand, you could just use the Huggies for bed time. We had this problem with both our boys ... they both really liked to drink milk in the evening. This was a huge help for us.

I've used both Pampers and Huggies overnites and they both work great for my active little one. But I think that the Huggies are a bit softer.
