Every time my daughter pulled on her ears around that age it was an ear infection... my daughter got so many between age 1 and 2, and I feel like she had everything else in the book too (roseola, herpangina)... it's just the age for them to work through all their immunities I guess.
Take him to the doctor, or the urgent care maybe.

Oh my goodness. First, calm down. Second, my little 23 mo old has been sick with the same symptoms your son has for the last 4-5 days....exact same. I think maybe something is just going around. Same green loose and sometimes watery stools, same throw up, same congestion, same runny nose. Of course teething is teething. I think it is just an infection that is being passed around -- my kiddo probably picked it up from his part time daycare or a park. He seems to be feeling better this morning. We took him off all milk for those days and gave him only water and easy bland foods. Anything else made it worse.

Just get an appt for tomorrow and if it gets much worse, do a walk-in clinic at a hospital or the kids ER if you think he is dehydrated (if you have those out there in CA--they had peds ERs here in the Chicago area).

Unfortunately those take-care clinics like Walgreens and CVS do not generally take kids under 18 mos or 2 years I believe -- even for ear infections.

Best wishes!

Find an urgent care and go there at once.

Where's daddy? he needs to step in and help you, if you are a single mom then call a friend, family or even a neighbor and get some help. And get your son to the doctor as soon as possible. Hope he's better soon, and congratulations on your soon to arrive baby. J.

I think he needs to have his ears checked (at the very least!), so call back and demand that they squeeze you in today (make sure to tell them about the ear pulling) or have them OK it for you to go to the ER to get him checked out.

Teething can cause a lot of that. He could also have an ear infection from the teething. Do you have an urgent care place that allows walk in appointments? If so, I would take him in just to make sure that there isn't an ear infection, and give him some Motrin before bed. good luck!
