Dear Parent,
I am a qualified preschool teacher who started a home base child care program 10 yrs ago. The child/adult ratio is only 5:1.
I love teaching infants Sign Language and when the babies become toddlers, I prepare them for preschool using age appropriate activities.
I am listed with the YMCA Child Care Referral Service. (www.ymcacrs.org)You can do a background check by calling 1-800-481-2151. My license number is listed under Perdita Smith #376615075.
I am also a member of the San Diego Family Child Care Association (www.sdcfcca.org) My membership number is #4026.

I was extremely nervous sending my one year old to daycare for the first time, but after leaving her at Play & Learn for the first two days in a row, she did not want to leave when I came to pick her up. She loves spending time there playing and does not want to know me once she has arrived there. She has so much fun, that I can go to work knowing she is happy & well cared for. For me, this is a huge help!
