Nancy Markham is a phenomenal person. Professionally, she has her act together. She knows the real estate market and tries very hard to meet her clients's needs and wants. What I really love about Nancy is that she does not pressure her client to act. Nancy has the best interest of her client in mind and will not rest until all parties are happy. She listens very well and gives great advice without "hounding" you. Personally, she is very creative and artistic. These traits come in very handy for her clients because Nancy can envision things and provide great ideas. Most importantly, Nancy is a kind and sincere person; what you see is what you get. She does not have a hidden agenda and doesn't take advantage of anyone. I cannot say enough great things about her. My husband and I are so lucky that we met her years ago at an open house. Years after helping us buy our home, Nancy is still in the picture. She is really a jewel!
