Mamas Move is in a league of their own, there is truly NOTHING out there that can hold a candle to Mamas Move!
We have been members of the center for 4 years now. I cannot imagine not having been part of the Mamas community for the past several years through pregnancy, getting my post baby body back and in having a safe, nurturing environment for my children to take fantastically fun and creative developmental classes.
My children cannot get through the door quick enough to participate in one of their many fabulous kids classes or to play in Explorazone, they LOVE IT!!
For me it has become my oasis in the middle of my busy world. Whether you prefer a calming yoga class, or a super fun Zumba class or even a high intensity boot camp style class, there is always something to fit your needs and they are regularly adding new classes to stay with the current fitness trends.
The instructors are the tops in their field, they get the best out of you, while keeping the classes fun. I have honestly never felt better.
Oh, and I can't forget the Spa! Where else can you get a massage while your children are safely and happily playing? No where else but Mamas Move.
The center staff is warm and welcoming. I have always loved that they greet my children by name and with a genuine smile as we walk through the door.
At Mamas Move you get all the amenities of big fitness and family facility but with a personal touch and warmth.
Mamas Move has a slogan that says "When it takes more than a village", and it truly has been a intricate part of our family's village.
They are simply THE BEST.
Mamas move is by far the best fitness center on the South Shore. The classes are challenging, the trainers are motivating, and the staff is unbelievable! I've been a member for almost 4 years and love going there on a daily basis. My daughters look forward to playing in the explorazone with their friends, having snack in cafe or taking one of the kids classes. The members are friendly and supportive! I highly recommend checking it out. If you are looking for a fun, clean fitness center/playspace/kids classes this is the place to be!
