Hi all! We had a birthday party for my daughters last night and I put a plastic table cloth over our REAL wood table. Problem now is that a couple of the containers "sweated" and now I have those terrible white stains/spots all over my table...anyone know how to get them off??? Thanks so much!
Ok so thanks to everyone who responded!!! I tried using pledge, I didn't have Old English as many suggested, and it didnt work for me. The spots were pretty big and they just kept coming back. I then gave the mayo a try and OH MY GOSH...it was fantastic...took the stains right up!!! The only problem then was that where the spots had been the table was super shiney and the rest of the table looked dull so I just mayo'd my whole table :) thanks again...I would never have thought of using that. You ladies are the best!!!!
Sounds really weird, but put a little mayonaise on a cloth and rub it into the spots in circles (not hard, but not soft either). We did this and it worked great!
I have used the mayo method too. My "spots" were a little tougher so we rubbed the mayo on, left it overnight and buffed it off with a soft cloth and a little elbow grease the next day. Worked like a charm!

My mom had this, and she used Old English furniture polish. I think it removed the water spot.
Hi! The Old English Furniture Polish worked for me. I think it all depends on how bad the spots are though! Good luck!!
