Has anyone tried it? I just bought one each for me and my fiance. Quitting smoking is definately on our to do list... just not this close to the wedding ;) Our BFFs (who I swear were born with a cigarette) both started using this system and now are not smoking real cigarettes at all (they were at about 2 packs a day) and are using the no-nicotine e-cigarettes!! That's HUGE!!

Has anyone else tried it or know someone who has? Did it help them? Please share your stories :)

What can I do next?

My SIL and two of my tenants have used those, did good for about a month and then went back to smoking unfortunately. I've wrestled with the thought of getting myself one as well. I think they would be a great tool because it involves the physical act of smoking which is a huge part of the addiction.
I'm sure it's all in the mind, if you truly are done with cigarettes they CAN help you through it. Go for it and let us know how you like them. Maybe you'll convince me to put out the bucks for one myself.

My hubby has one. It has helped him a lot. He hasnt fully quit though...but has cut back a ton and made it easier for him to choose not to smoke. I think he hasnt fully quit though because he doesnt WANT to. So, if you really WANT to I say go for it! I think it is a great tool.

Good Luck!

My husband did, it worked for awhile. As with anything you have to decide to never smoke again. Its easier said than done. I quit 3 years ago and my cravings were enormous because i did cold turkey. But it worked like a charm.

My sister in law has been using them, and she now does not smoke any real cigarettes anymore. She swears by them . My husband is now trying them, and for him, it's a big switch. He is doing better with them, because he knows how much he needs to quit, as much as I want him to. I am an ex-smoker ( quit on my 30th birthday). I wish these were out earlier. It's a better alternative to someone who isn't doing well on the patch, or gum. I would try it out. Good Luck!!

Go into it thinking, KNOWING it will work, and it probably will.

You can do this!

And yes, I do know people who have used them, and successfully. Again, mind over matter. It will work!

Good idea to wait until after the wedding.

=)

My husband was a smoker from the age of 14. 2 years ago his friend told him about the book "easy way to quit smoking" one night. He went to the library, got it, and hasnt smoked since.
He wasnt "ready" to quit smoking, but swears by this book. I hope something works for you. Let us know how it goes.
