I dont know what to do about my daughter, she the most sensitive skin. The night before she went to sleep and woke up with two bright rede dots on her face... She gets diaper rashes ., tiny dots all over her body, rashes from her pull ups rashes on her back ... everything makes her break out in a red rash ... I cant stop the pull ups yet because we just found out that her labial adhesion is back and thats why shes having trouble on the potty..she sat for two hours reading books with me (had drank applejuice, milk and water) and never went ... she said it cant come out mommy. Does anyone have any suggestions with the sesitive skin?????????

What can I do next?

Oh I feel your pain. My son is allergic to Wheat, Gluten, Eggs, and dairy..he too has lots of skin problems. Your child should be on some sort of probiotic to keep his system moving and toxins out. He should also take fish oil to add omega 3 into the diet. Omegas are very important to help with dry sensative skin. Olive oil baths works wonders and dont worry about shampoo unless the hair is really dirty. Try cutting everything out that could be causeing the problem...I know thats hard...soy,wheat,gluten,dairy,eggs,and corn...also remember that most children are allergic to the milk protein Casein which is normally in soy cheese. Try getting rid of all of these for three months and look for improvement then slowly add them back in. If you are breastfeeding you need to cut everything as well. My sons skin is 1,000x better now and he was COVERED in rash.

Hello I am a single mother of a 4 year old girl who has had sensitive skin and allergys since day one. What i can tell you is this is a very frustrating thing to deal with. Sme things you may want to do, Use dove sensitive skin bar soap It works wonders. Bathe her every day, but when she gets out of the bath dont dry her off completly lather her with either ceptaphil or eucrin cream in the jar.( i personaly like cetaphil better because it goes on much easier). Both work wonders though. Also change your laundry soap to a free and clear like all. It cleans great and has no perfumes or dyes. Also there are free and clear fabric softner and dryer sheets. These things may cost a little more but they are well worth it. Also stick to jonsons and johnsons baby shampoo, the others have alot of perfume in them. My daughter still uses it. I hope this helps you out. Also if you want a good allergist who is very through and compationate got to childrens and see Jesica Blume She is wonderful. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask, You can email me at ____@____.com

Go to a pediatric allergist and have her tested. She could have milk, soy, or other food allergies that could be causing most of her discomfort.
