I live in Duluth and am a member of a group call the Moms of Georgia. The webiste is open to chat for moms around the entire state, though most seem to be local. The webiste ownner happens to live in Gwinnett and we are very active in playdates and mom's night out. We all go to each others birthday parties etc. It has been a God Send for me since I quit my job to be a stay at home mom. There are also plenty of working moms that particiapte too. check out meetup.com, I joined a group near me, it gets us out doing activities. I am also in MOPS. Go on that website too and find chapters or groups near your zip code. I am near lilburn which is a good drive from the johns creek area.
