Hi K., The exact web site is :www.
dfps.state.tx.com, it gives you a list
of daycare centers and licensed/registerd homes. You can check
hours of operation/violation/inspection. Now the
hard part is to find one that is close
to your area and is open on Saturdays.
Most of us are open Monday thru Friday
only, another option is a nanny.
Good luck!

I am not sure of a facility in your area, but you can go to daycare.com or Texas Workforce Commision web sit and it will give you sitters in the area that are registered with the state. It will also give you if they have had violations or not. Good luck.

Hi K., I'm sure there are probably some babysitters who are available for Saturday child care, but if you're looking for a drop in playcenter type service, I've been using S.S. Noah (formerly Sitters for Kids) in Grapevine for the past 5+ years. They are located in the same building with Stacy's furniture off Main street in Grapevine. Their phone number is ###-###-####. The owner's name is Angie Stith and she is very nice. I've taken my daughter there since she was a year old and she's 6 1/2 now. She still loves going there. They are not cheap. I think it's $6/hour for the first child and then $3.50/hour for each additional child or something like that. They do have prepay pricing where if you pay $200 up front, you get $240 worth of credit. That's a 20% discount. They have different levels of savings depending on how much you want to prepay, from 5-20%. I know there are some other drop off day cares in the area as well. There's one in Euless off of Glade and 121. I think it's called "Kidztime" or something like that. I've called them to check out their pricing, but they are more expensive than S.S. Noah so I've not tried them at all. Good luck in your search and welcome to Mamasource! Regards, N.
