More fiber, what is he eating? Table food? Might be a little too much for his tummy, cut out the milk for a week and see if that helps. Is he coming off formula? We are the only animals that drink milk past infancy and there a lot of symptons people suffer from dairy. Its worth a try...

when my son was an infant we were told by his pediatrician to put karo syrup (dark) in his bottle when he got constipated. you could try putting that in his milk

my daughter gets constipated easily, and has since birth really. what her dr told me to do is give her some prune juice at least once a week to make sure she doesn't get constipated again. i mix prune juice and apple juice. i get the small can and mix half of it and the rest of hte sippy full of apple juice. also the other thing you can do is make sure he's getting plenty of fiber. and make sure he runs around plenty! that definately helps my daughter when she's constipated. good luck

We keep our toddler regular by giving him some apple juice every day...I can totally tell if we forgot! But, it sounds like that isn't an option for you. How about more fruit? That usually helps with us. Sometimes we forget how much the fruit helps...and end up with some looser stools on the days where he goes on binge with grapes!

Stop the milk for a few days. Also, cut back on bananas and starchy foods. Anything that starts with a "P" helps : Pear juice, peaches, pinach, prunes

i would have a talk with her about these issues and set some boundaries. dont doubt yourself everyone has bad days and no family is perfect. god bless you and please dont be embarrassed. Have confidence in yourself and dont let her bullying get to you.
