I think I have tried every sippy cup out there-- well at least a few- and cant seem to find one that doesn't leak when set on its side or that a kid can turn upside down to get the liquid out-- any one out that that has found a great sippy cup- I would love to hear about it.

What can I do next?

I love gerber sippy cups I got one form walgreens and it has adjustable handles for better grip and the only way it will leak is if the white piece in the sippy part of the cup dislodges and that only happens if it falls hard. I found it to be a life saver especially in the car. The other nice part is that it completely comes apart for an easy guarenteed clean. I hope this helps.

I have tried every sippy out there!!! The playtex sippy cups that come in a 2 pack are the ones that I have had the best luck with. In my opinion these are the absolute best! Good Luck!

We had the same problem with our daughter. Recently we went to Walmart and decided to try some new ones, we ended up getting the ones that have dora the explorer on them (they also had diego for boys) by Munchkin. So far they have not leaked and they are also shaped differently on the mouth-piece to get them used to drinking from a normal cup! They are spill proof, leak proof, and insulated and only cost about 40 cents more for a two pack than the other ones. They also have rubber valves that are replaceable and can be bought seperately.

I agree with the majority, the Platex is the best! We tried a lot too, and this seems to work the best in preventing spills.

we love the Playtex Insulator and Sipster Spill-Proof 6-oz & 9-oz Cups, stay away from gerber b/c their 'anti leak' valves fall out. I've used playtex for 2.5 years and the same original cup is still great! I know you can buy replacement valves, but haven't needed to. Good luck.

We love our Nalgene sippy cups. We bought them at rei and use them only for water for our toddler who is 18 months... just great. a little pricey, but great.

Hi J..
I recommend the Playtex sippy. I have 2 kids and that is what I used with both of them. Believe me I have tried ALOT of different ones. Thay also have the rubber valves in them. They are MUCH easier to clean than the plastic ones. Good Luck

We had the same problem - but found that the ones that come in the multi-pack are the best! I can't remember the name of them. but they are transparent multi-colored cups and lids, and they come in like a 4-6 pack for a cheap price. We've never had any leaking issues at all with those ;)

Good luck!
