Has anyone had a party at McDonalds? Would you recommend it? What did they charge? I have called my local McD but am having a hard time getting a hold of the right person. Thanks!

What can I do next?

Hi KC, I haven't had a party there, but wanted to share my recent expereince with one. My son's preschool classmate had one there on Dec. 24, and the kids had a great time. It was small enough were they could play with everyone who attended. They took personalized orders for happy meals, and they had 3 hours I think, compared to 2 hours that most places offer. I would suggest going down to the location and speak with someone since you can't get them on the phone. Good luck!

First there are certain hours you NEVER call a restaurant (prior manager) I would suggest you call at about 2 o'clock. I had a McD party oh about 12 years ago (for my almost 16 yo) It was fun. It included (then) 10 happy meals and a cake and treat bags and they had an indoor playground, a separate room for the party and someone else cleaned up the mess. Back in the day it was only about $100 for all that. With inflation I would put it at $150 probably. Definately way way way way cheaper than Chuck E Cheese where I spent over $300 5 years ago for not that much more.

My mom had my little brother's party there last April and it was nice. I think she pd around $70.00 and that included the decorations, 10 happy meals, and cake and ice cream, and of course a designated spot. My mom was happy with it all.

I had one a few years ago for my son's birthday. It was great! I picked a location that wasn't super busy on the weekends and had a toddler and big kid area. Everyone had a Blast! Even the adults were happy. I think it's still about 80 dollars (can't remember). We went up there and talked to the manager in person. The package includes a few tables, 10 favor bags, 10 meals, 10 ice creams, one cake (I recomend your own!), clean up and set up. Show up early because they forgot my reservation and had not set up for the party yet due to the lunch crowd!
