Another mom looking to start one in Bolingbrook got me thinking. We need a Plainfield playgroup!
I am K. and the mom of 3 little darlings ~ ages 8 1/2, 2 1/2 and 7 months. I am looking to get together with other moms and their kids one day a week. We could set the kids up with activities or just let them play while the moms munch on fruit and veggies and sip coffee or diet pop LOL!! I would loooove to be able to chat with someone and talk about things other than Dipsy and La-La or what the Doodlebops are doing now...

I think this is a great idea. I have a 14 month old son who would love a playgroup. Most days, except Fridays, are fine with me. My son does best with afternoon (after 1:30) playtimes, but we're flexible. We live on the far west side of Joliet. Are you in north or south Plainfield?

I am a mom of almost 3...due in June with my third. My other two are 4 (in April) and 2 1/2. We live in Liberty Grove subdivision and are mostly available on Fridays but can try to be flexible as you figure out what days are good for you if a group emerges. Please keep us in mind.
