I'm just curious as to why a newborn or two day old infant would need a chiropractor? Honestly just curious!

I understand older infants, toddlers, children when a problem rises like ear infections etc.

I have brought both of my boys since they were both 2 days old to Dr. Jason Wilson, at Inside Out Chiropractic. He is located in the St. Paul area...he adjusts lots of children...

email me if you would like his information.

Beth..
the birth experience for an infant is the most tramatic experience the infant goes through. (try an imagine yourself traveling through that narrow tunnel and some doctor pulling on your head) the babys spine can become un-aligned and can cause colic, moody or unhappy babies, babies who don't seem to be satisfied no matter what you do...this usually happens because they are uncomfortable. Apparently even the way we burps babies can move their vertabras.

usually with health maintenance through chiropractic can help with not being sick as often, not that you will not get sick, you probably won't get sick as much because your imune system is running the way it is supposed to.

I have been bringing both of my children to a chiropractor since the day they were released from the hospital (I wanted the chiropractor to adjust them immediately, but with state laws that just isn't possible)...My boys ae both very healthy and they have both slept throught the night since day one. I feel I own it to them being treated once a week.

you could google "why kids need chiropractic too" and get more information from an actual chiropractor...not just an advocate
