Hi everyone! I am looking for a preschool for my 28 month old for next September (when he'll be 3 years old). I just want a program that is a few hours in the morning, a few days a week. I'm open to church programs or other schools. I'm interested in looking in the Jeffersonville/Eagleville/Audubon/East or West Norriton area. There are a few I was considering (that I still have to check out), but I'm wondering if anyone out there has good things to say about any in that area. Thanks!

What can I do next?

My daughter went to St. Andrews Nursery School in Audubon, on Egypt Rd. (across from the Shannondell golf club). She really liked it and she was well prepared for kindergarten. They emphasize learning thru play. They have 3 year and 4 year old programs as well as preK.

I know others that are happy with Trinity and Methacton Mennonite.

Good Luck!

We lived in Jeffersonville when my daughter was in preschool and she went to the Footsteps Academy (located inside Hope Community Church) in King of Prussia. I know that is a little out of the area that you are looking in but I didn't think the drive was too far, only about 15 minutes. My daughter and I both loved it and after her first year there I ended up working there as a teacher's aide for a few years. The phone number is ###-###-#### if you want to get info, but don't wait too long. Enrollment starts in February and it fills up very quickly, most classes on the first day!

My son goes to Trinity Nursery School & Kindergarten, 1190 Valley Forge Road, PO Box 340, Fairview Village, 19409

They are doing registration now for families already enrolled in the school and then it is open to the public. It's a great program. My son is there now (he's 2) and goes Tues & Thurs 9 - 11:30. Next year he'll go Mon-Wed-Fri 9 - 11:30. They also have a two-day for 3's & an extended day M-W-F, 9 - 1:00.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi, Becky.
I was looking for the same kind of program in the same area. And the one I really like which was Goddard School in East Norriton on Germantown Pike, but they asked for about $800 for 3 half days for my daughter who will be 2 this week. And other other one that I checked out was Fastrackids in West Norriton, but that place was scary even though it sounded really good on their website. So I'm going to check back to see the responses you get.
Good luck!( Esp. with the new baby on the way)
