Hello moms,
I know its quite late to enroll my girls in preschool for this Sept but I want to give it a shot anyways. We had to make an emergency trip in Feb through March to my country as my FIL was very sick. We curretly rent in Ashburn(20148) and will be moving into our new house this December to Leesburg (20175). Last summer we moved from San Antonio, Texas which also added to the delay in enrolling them into a preschool. We rent here in Ashburn but were looking to buy our next home. So now that we will be living in Leesburg (in Decemeber) about 2 miles away from Brammbleton which private/montesorri preschool would be ideal? They will be 4 this December. I think I followed my heart and the finances approved so last summer I quit my job to be a SHM. But once they start school I will have to start looking for that ideal job again here in Virginia. So currenlty I am thinking Ashburn, Leesburg, Herndon and Reston would be my pick of cities.
I would really appreciate your help on this. Thanks

What can I do next?

I am VERY happy with our daycare/preschool - Kindercare in Railstop Ter, Ashburn. They used to be Mulberry Childcare and Preschool but they got bought out by Kindercare. The staff stayed the same so the change was seamless to us. Kindercare has different locations around our area. You can check out their Website to find a location that would be best for you. Good luck on your search!

I currently teach at The Montessori Academy at Belmont Greene. you can visit their website at www.montessori-belmontgreene.com. They have a wonderful program through 3rd grade, very family oriented. I also believe they are looking for assistant teachers still. I bring my son with me...if you have to work, it's great to work at the same school, plus you get a staff discount and you are off when they are off!

My child has been at BeanTree Learning for 1.5 years now and I LOVE them! The staff is excellant and their program is advanced as well. Art, music, and Spanish lessons are standard. In addition, they offer many services which help busy families like mine, such as haircuts, dance lessons, karate lessons, babysitting services, etc.

My child is enrolled at the Destiny Preschool for the Arts. It is an amazing school. It is small right now but is growing. They are taking more students as far as I know. Your child could start now. You should check out there web site... Destinycreativeartscenter.com Hope you find what you are looking for.

My youngest daughter went to Golden Pond School two years ago when she was in kindergarten. She attended morning kindergarten but then she was picked up and spent the afternoons at Golden Pond. Take a look into it as I think it might be a possible candidate for your girls.
