I work at Life Sculpting in Chandler and we have a naturopathic doctor at our center. She works Sunday thru Thursday and on a couple of those days she has evening hours. She uses naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and homeopathic remedies, but is still able to prescribe other meds if necessary. She has treated my own children and she always tries the natural way first and so far I have never had to get meds prescribed for my children when she has treated them. She graduated from Duke University and has a minor in Religion so she might make a better connection for you as a Christian as well. I hope that helps. What do you mean about needing a "connection"? Most doctors are very serious people. I am happy to find a doctor that is efficient, listens and checks all possibilities. Maybe that should be your concern, instead of being self-righteous and requesting a Christian Doctor.

I'm not sure about the Christian piece but we see a naturopathic doctor, Karsten Alexandria. She owns Purple Sage in North Phoenix. You should check out the website and email her. She'll do a consultation with you and you can see if you connect. We love her.

I am a grandmother of 18 little ones under the age of 6 1/2. I too am a Christian and am involved in helping my kids raise healthier kids without all the risks and dangers that the medical world recommends. I was in the medical field for 15 years and don't count it out, but use natural means before having to consult with them. I go to Natural healing Center, Dr Michael Chung. He is a very nice man that is a Christian. He is a chiropractor as well as a natural MD. He will go the natural route but can write Rx"s if the need arises. His office is Alma School/ Chandler Blvd area. He does have an accent so in the beginning it takes a little clear listening. I really like him because he doesnt make you go more than you really need to and he has a good sense of humor.

I am so glad I read my Mamasource today! Let me introduce myself as a Naturopathic physician who has a practice in Mesa (Higley x Southern) and also in Queen Creek (off Hunt Hwy x Sossaman) who is also a Christian. I was born and raised in a Christian family and am currently trying to do the best I can with teaching my 18 month old daughter the ways of the Lord.

I do family practice, so I take care of all ages. I currently do not vaccinate and try my best to use only natural therapies when the kids are sick. However, as a Naturopathic physician I do have the ability to order tests and prescribe drugs, if necessary. I would be more than happy to speak with over.
