My daughter is finishing up preschool and I need some easy gift ideas for her teachers. Maybe even her classmates too?? I know the easiest thing is a gift card. However, I wanted something a bit more creative than that. I would appreciate all ideas.
Thank you!!

Elaine-

When we had to leave our previous daycare provider (my husband's job transferred us here), we wanted to get her something special to remember my daughter, Leah. As she commonly packed a "diaper bag" and took her daycare children to the park, we decided to get her a customized embroidered bag from www.corporatecasuals.com. When I was in the marketing profession back home, I used this company for promotional material but they do small custom orders too and are very reasonably priced. You design it online in 3 steps and they can have it shipped to you within 2-3 days. If you have something special they will work with you too. They embroider just about anything.

Good luck!

I know this seems like it may be an impersonal gift idea, but being a teacher I have always appreciated this gift. Gift cards are great for teachers. Also, some baked goods are always a wonderful suprise .

I love to give the Anti Bacterial hand soaps from Bath and Body works, for gifts. Some scents can be used in the kitchen others are great next to the sink in bathrooms.

I always hear great responses from my sons teachers. Warm Vanilla surgar is always a great choice.

I have done this a couple of times and the teachers really seem to appreciate this. I get a gift bag or basket and put two movie tickets(or movie store gift card) 2 cold drinks, microvable popcorn and candy. I have also done a bath/stress relief type basket also. That went over well too.

A great M. I know makes candied pretzels for her children's teachers. She buys the large stick pretzels, dips them about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up in white chocolate (probably the almond bark kind made for that sort of thing), then rolls them in colored sprinkles and other assorted things. She makes a set of five different pretzels for each of the teachers.

I would love to hear everyone else's ideas!
