Wait... When did this start? Was it earlier today, started as a small dot and has spread this quickly to cover her face and arms? If so, I would get her to the ER asap.

If it is something that has been spreading slowly over a day or so, I would keep an eye on her, and get her to the doctors office first thing in the morning. Actually, I would probably still take her to the ER...

For future reference, you can ALWAYS call your doctor. You can call your doctor 24/7.

Why do people think they can't call their doctor evenings and weekends?

The ER will give her some steroids to stop her reaction.

Also, there is almost always a doc on call. When you call your doc tomorrow to tell them what happened and what you did, even if you go to the ER tonight, ask them if someone is on call after hours.

Even if your doctor's office isn't open, there should be some sort of after hours nurse line they direct you to. I would call the after hours nurse and explain the symptoms.
It might not be related to anything at Wendy's, it may just be a coincidence.
Also, you say you have cats. Could it be a flea bite? Do your cats have fleas at all?
I'm assuming the kids medication you gave is Benadryl or other brand of anti-histamine. This would be the type of medication you would want to give to help with any kind of allergic reaction or itching.

Edit: Wait, after reading the other response. Is this one single big white spot that she currently has that is big enough to be on her face and arm at the same time? If it's that then take her to the ER or urgent care ASAP. That's not a good thing.

It sounds like she got bit by something. I doubt it has a thing to do with Wendy's. Take her to the doctor and make sure it's not a spider bite. If a brown recluse bit her, it's a HUGE deal and can cause necrosis of the skin tissue. A black widow bite can make her pretty sick.

Does your doctor's office not have a 24 hour nurse/advice line? Most of them do.
You can also talk to the pharmacist at your local drug store.
What kind of medication did you give her? Is "Kids Med's" something that's used for rashes? I've never heard if it. We usually just use calamine lotion.

Huh? You went just this once but whenever she comes home from Wendy's she has a rash??????? Sounds like a bite of some kind. Call doc if you are concerned but you say it always happens at Wendy's. why do you keep going back?
