Home Organization in Madison, NJ Area

My mother-in-law has offered me a wonderful gift as we greet our 2nd child -- she would pay for an organizing consultant to come in and help us get our clutter under control, and then pay for a maid service to visit while I'm at the hospital giving birth. Those would ROCK! (The clutter drives me nuts; we can put things in their place if we can figure out a place -- this has been my issue since childhood! My husband and I have made a lot of progress on this, but it is still a source of stress for me.)

So -- anyone know of how to hire someone who doesn't want to sell closet organizers, but who looks at the home and gives some ideas/ training for managing toys/paperwork/stuff stuff STUFF!

What can I do next?

Hi Wendolyn. Congrats on your pregnancy. That is really kind of your mother-in-law. I do organizing on a part-time basis. I myself have four sons so I keep it part-time. I just finished a project for a vice president at AG Edwards where I got his whole life together in just 3 weeks for just a few hours a day a couple of days a week and it was painless. He was shocked. I know most professional organizers charge $125 an hour and over. My charges start at $25 depending on the job, but I do an amazing job. Organizing is my passion and I truly love and enjoy helping people to get their clutter under control. I do not attempt to sell anything. I do a great job at working with what you have to organize everything and help you breathe easier. You can contact me at ###-###-#### to discuss. Good luck either way.

Kind regards,
J.
