Has Anyone Tried the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner?

Hello! I've got a coupon for the scrubbing bubbles automatic shower cleaner - the commercial (of course) makes it look amazing, but I don't want to spend the money on something that is really not all that (like I did with the swiffer wet jet!) Anybody try this thing? Does it really work? Thanks!

What can I do next?

We had one for a while and it did not work at all. I would not waste my money on it.

I went through two as well, first one broke and when the second one went I gave up on the idea. My over all feeling was, meh. It was fine but it would be just as easy (and cheaper) to have something in a spray bottle that you squirt around by hand. Plus I had it when we had two full bathrooms and I didn't have one in the bath my step-daughter used - didn't like the idea of her taking a bath in all the chemical residue. (Since my husband and I only take showers I didn't feel like we had as much exposure.) Now we have 1 1/2 bathrooms and all share the same tub so no more scrubbing bubbles. Really I wasn't totally impressed, still had to clean the bathtub by hand once a week or so, but maybe that's because I'm picky.

My personal experience with it was that if you use it with a clean shower than it helps keep it a little cleaner longer - but I didn't feel that it really "cleaned" it per say. Certainly not the way the commercial makes it look as though it cleaned a dirty shower. I actually ended up taking mine out - wasn't worth the expense. I tried using it when I was pregnant and couldn't get down to scrub.

I have it and love it! I have had mine for over a year if not 2 years. I had one that broke and found I couldn't live without it so I got another one. It is well worth it!

Is that the one that locks on the shower and sprays with a button ...I have that for, may be 2 months ...it does work to a certain degree -- and even though I am not thrilled about it .. I am happy that I can clean shower once every 2 to 3 weeks rather than every week (we have 3 kids who take shower in that shower stall and use lots of water, soap, shampoo -- whatever they can get their hands on -- if I am not close to warn again and again -- they are 8, 5, and 5 and love to play in shower -- so it used to get lots of mildew ). I am also allergic to strong smells so lots of cleaning products bother me -- specially if they have Clorox sort of smell. -- So definitely it has helped me but it is not a miracle ... I let all the children shower and then spray it in the night, after the last child is done. There is not any smell or anything -- it will help you clean the shower longer but it will not clean CLEAN it -- you know what I mean -- so depends what you are looking for -- For me it is worth it to buy, as there is no hassle at all in using it -- just press the button. And it has given me a break in the frequency of cleaning the shower.

Well -- I bought the swifter thing also .. that's waste of money .. speaking of that -- do you know any good mop that I do not have to sit on the floor -- but I can mop the tiles in the kitchen ...?

Thanks
S.

Haven't tried it, but have the same feeling that you do. I'm not willing to pay that kind of money for something I believe is a bunch of Hooey. Nothing they try to sell with those "looks to good to be true" commercials, rarely are ever worth buying.
