Good Therapist for My Kids in the Denton Area

I need to find a therapist for my boys. I filed for divorce and my soon to be ex wants to stretch it out over months to make the transition easier for the boys but I disagree. They both need to talk to someone and I would prefer to stay in the Denton area. I should also add that he thinks we should all stay in the same house together while all of this is happening.

So What Happened?

Thank you all. I found a therapist in Frisco. My insurance covers all the visits so I am not worried about the money. I'm fine with the divorce as I am the one who filed but my boys are not taking this lightly and the soon to be ex is out for revenge so I have to stay on my toes with him.

Cindy Doyle ###-###-####; also, have you and your husband had counseling? I highly recommend it first, as we have been on divirce brink for 2 years now and are at least getting decent in prep for a split, but even stay together now. Worth a shot.

ALSO - for me, this book was better that the last 10 years of therapy: Forgive for Love, by Dr. Luskin, $6 on Amazon.

TWU Family Counseling has a great program for children. My son does counseling there for grief. They work on a sliding scale. ###-###-####
