Does Anyone Have Any Info About Stepanski in Waterford? or Any Other Preschools

My daughter went there for 4 year old preschool.I loved her teacher(Mrs. Hungerford) Not sure if she is there still or not..My daughter loved it.I was very pleased. If you have to pay for it three year old preschool this year is $660.00 for the year.They go twice a week for a half a day.I was going to send my three year old but decided to wait till next year.Four year old preschool is like $ 1200.00 for the year and they go three days a week, half days. They break it up into three payments so you do not have to pay it all up-front.But for sure call right away.They fill up fast..

I did not have an experience with Stepanski pre-school. But my son did attend last year an "alternative Kindergarten" program that was excellent! I decided to hold him back a year from regular Kindergarten because he is a late birthday and was very happy with my decision. Everyone on their staff is great! I am a single mom and they have so many resources available there that were helpful to me. I also was able to become part of the PTA and was able to volunteer in class sometimes. You can get info on prices through the Board of Education office in waterford and they will give you prices. I believe you have to pick your top three school choices and the district decides where your child attends. Hope this helps you!!!

I was a long-term substitute teacher at Stepanski about 6 years ago. From my experience, the teachers were very dedicated and provided an excellent curriculum for the kids. Also, the environment was very caring and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to send my own children there!

The prices range on your income, if you're low income it's free. You need to call ASAP and get an appointment to make sure they have room. There is AM and PM preschool. The school is really a good school. One of my day care kids attend there and my neice will be attending in the fall. But please call ASAP to make sure they have room.
