Do You Love Your Vitamix?

I ordered one and I'm already having a teensy bit of buyer's remorse! Do you love yours? Do you use it a lot? I'm looking forward to smoothies, margaritas, almond butter and soups. What are your faves? Any tips and tricks are appreciated. And if I don't love it, I have 30 days to return it! Thanks!

What can I do next?

There will be no buyer's remorse the first time you make soup with it, I promise you! Did you know that you can make hot, steaming, potato/chicken soup that makes your mouth water when you smell it "cooking" in the vitamix? It is to DIE for, I promise!

And it makes a damn fine pitcher of margharitas too!

Don't return it. Use it, experiment with it. Buy frozen fruits and some protein powder and flax seed - very delicious and very healthy.

And try that particular soup - wow!

My DIL is on her second one, she loves it and swears by it. I doubt you will be disappointed. I think it does everything but the dishes :)

Wish I had one but I settled on a Ninja instead. I like my Nija but would love a Vitamix! Do not worry!

This is my daily smoothie that I make with a regular blender:
I call this Breakfast in a Cup
Two cups of milk (whole to non-fat, no matter)
One banana
3/4 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 T ground flax seed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 T wheat germ
1/2 scoop of protein power
Yogurt (my favorite is a Black Cherry greek yogurt

Blend first 3 ingredients and add the rest as the blender is running.
The frozen blueberries help make it cold. Or you can add ice.
I have this everyday with a mixture of nuts. It is an appetite killer for
half a day THIS FEEDS AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE
