Unless they changed it recently, then you can claim preschool tuition as childcare if you are working for a dependent spending account but check with your plan first. I have heard some exclude it. Do you mean for taxes? No. You can find answers to your tax questions on the IRS Internet site. There is a section listing what qualifies as dependent care. IF the preschool is providing care while you work then it's considered childcare and would be eligible as a dependent care expense.
