Cloth Diaper Recommendation

I cloth diapered my first with a set of diapers made by a WAHM. She is no longer making them and I need a smaller set for my second daughter. Please let me know what diapers you would recommend and any pros or cons about them. I'm pretty sure I want pocket diapers and not an AIO. I used AIO's with the first and although they did not have the liner sewn in completely to reduce dry time, they did tear at the seams. I need a medium size (12 pounds +). I still have the larger set from my first daughter.

I would also prefer to buy from another WAHM or noncommercial supplier if possible. I am open to all comments about all cloth diapers, though.

THANKS!

I've been cloth diapering for a few years. I've tried all sorts of diapers (though I mostly use BG). I recently purchased a romp-a-rooz. It is amazing. It is an AIO, one size, that is amazing! Lots of people swear by it as a night-time diaper.

I am currently using pocket diapers from cutiepoops. It is independently owned and she does all of the sewing herself at her home. Her product is wonderful and I was amazed at all of the selections availabe for fabric. She was wonderful to work with.
Go check out her website. cutiepoops.com

My only suggestion based on my expereince is a Fuzzi Bunz. They are a pocket diaper, super quick dry, long lasting (2 kids and 3+yrs and counting). I bought mine from a local mom who was starting her own "natural baby" business from home but I know Target.com also sells them. They have been a great diaper and I highly recommend them.

Have you heard of Jillian's Drawers cloth diaper trial? It's a great program where you place a deposit down, get a bunch of different brands/kinds of cloth diapers and you may be able to find out what works for you. What doesn't work, you launder and return and deposit comes back to you! Have a peek! Good Luck!

Other than that, my favourite cloth diaper retailer, and WAHM is Sharni of The Nappy Shoppe.
