Can't Decide on a Boy's Name

Since there was just a bunch of great responses to a request for a girl's name, I thought maybe people would have suggestions for a boy name. I'm due any day now (my due date was the 18th of November, but my first baby was born 2 weeks overdue) and my husband and I can't quite decide on a boy's name we both love. The 3 top choices are Aidan, Joseph and Miles, but I'm not head-over-heels in love with any of these names. Our 21 month son's name is Max Reilly and I think we'll stick with Reilly again for a middle name (it's a family name), but the last name is a mouthful and we need a relatively simple, strong first name to go with his last name.
Thanks for your suggestions!

So What Happened?

Thanks for all of the suggestions for boy's names! We had our second son on December 3rd and after a few days of having him home with us we decided to name him Miles Reilly. He's very mellow, but strong and Miles seems to suit him very well. It's true that sometimes you just have to meet the baby before you name him.

How about Ethan Reilly or Owen Reilly, both of those are names that I liked when we were picking out names. Good luck choosing one you like. I hope this baby comes soon. C.

Hi-
I have an Aidan so I am partial to that. He lives up to his name which means fiery so be aware that names do define personalities...
What about Carson or Shea - they go well with Reilly?
Good luck!

My son's name is Mateo. I love it, obviously, but I've always gotten great comments on his name. There's also the Italian way of spelling, Matteo. Good Luck, let us know what you choose!

If my husband and I were to have a boy, which I am pregnant with a girl, we would have named him Lucas. It is such an adorable name, but can sound tough. Not too popular anymore. Lucas Reilly seems to flow well together. Good luck. I know how hard it is to come up with names!

Hi, I am a single mother of a wonderful 21 month old boy. Personally I think you should go with Miles, it isn't a very common name and Aidan has become so popular and Joseph is also common, kind of an old fashion name.
The way I picked my son's name is I had given his father a list of names that I like and had him narrow it down to the ones that he liked and we just eliminated one by one and we went with Tyler. Hope this helps.
Thanks,
T.

If my husband and I have a boy for our second pregnancy we are going to name him Mason. Love that name!! Good luck in narrowing it down. You might want to have a couple of names in case he come out looking like Miles more so than Aiden or Joseph. You have to take into consideration kids picking on the name too.

Ian was the first name that came to my mind -- and I see others have offered it as a suggestion too. Might help cut down on the cumbersomeness of your last name.

Here are some others:

Michael (though I think it is still probably a popular name)
Drew
Jared
Wyatt

enjoy....

I like all 3 of your top choices. Ithink Aidan and Joseph are my top 2 of your 3.

Ian Reilly would sound good too and it's simple.

Vincenet Reilly isn't bad either, but it's longer, so it may not fit what you're looking for.

I agree w/ Jess. What about Reilly for the first name? I have a friend whose maiden name was Haley and she used that for her first girl's name and it's perfect.

Lots of names go w/ Reilly as a first name:
Reilly James (Reilly Seamus {Shamus}if you want really Irish)
Reilly Robert
Reilly Thomas
Reilly (whatever your husband's name is)
etc...

How about Jack or Joe? You could call him JR for short!Joe and Jack are strong and single syllables. Both would go well with Reilly.
