Does anyone have a good idea for a 3rd birthday party. I have had a home party and a party at a gymnasium type place and I wanted to do something different. I was thinking of doing a fall type party at a farm, but think the beginning of November may be too cold. Any ideas?

What can I do next?

I don't know if you're near Duffield's in Sewell but they have pony rides, pumpkin picking, etc. It was so much fun!

Hi M.!
When my daughter was three, she had a thing with pumpkins. For her B-day, she wanted to decorate pumpkins. The kids were really small, so I decided to bring the pumpkin patch to them. I decorated the porch and they decorated the pumpkins. It worked out wonderfully and we had a lot of fun.

I really like the farm idea...I did 2 farm parties for my son and they had an inside facility so the weather wasn't an issue. The kids will love that--maybe you can do a hayride at the farm?

I think the farm party is a great idea! We went to one at Milky Way Farm (near Exton) that was great.
We've also had lots of fun doing parties at local parks - the kids enjoy running and playing on the playgrounds.
Kids also love parties at those places that have the big inflatable bouncing things.

A farm party would be great. Find a place that has an indoor facility as well so you can have that option.

How about a bumper bowling party?

HOw early in november? is it close enuf to halloween that you could have a costume party?? the farm idea is very cute too. or a small local zoo even you can rent space for a paty at most of them, and admission is usually included. Bowling parties are always fun too, and they can put bumpers up for the littel kids. no matter what you choose im sure they will have fun!!

Not sure how big your house might be but when my son was about 4, he went to a fall bday party at someone's house where they actually decorated their basement like a farm with the hay and everything, there was pumpkin painting and games all geared towards fall. I don't know where you live but he also went to a party at the hershey zoo, they have a little room, you have to bring your own food but they bring in animals and the mom did a safari theme and even found these fabric masks for the kids. My son still has the elephant mask!
