My daughter LOVES bathtime but when she has to come out, she screams and gets SO mad! She can be in there for 45 minutes sometimes and obviously needs to come out but she get so angry and upset when she needs to get out. Any ideas of how to ease this? Thanks in advance for the help!
My son loves bathtime too, and he used to scream and get mad at the time to come out for a couple of times!
What I dediced to do is that I make his bathtime 30 minutes before a bottle, so when it is time to come out of the bath, I have the bottle prepared, so he will take his bottle almost right away!
Maybe try to give her a warning that bath time is about over, say "5 more minutes then out of the tub"-that way she knows she's toward the end of the bath and can prepare herself mentally for switching to the next thing.
Just a thought-worth trying if you haven't already!
Maybe trying to make it a gmae somehow would work.. Or have something in mind that she enjoys doing after bath time weather its reading a book or cuddleing with mom.. You know something she enjoys doing that she can look forward to after bath time is over..

My 21 month old did this same thing! It use to get so frustrating! What we did was when he got out, he got to help put the lotion on... he thought that was fun to help. then we made sure that we dryed him of good right away with warm towels... I think that maybe after being in a tub of warm water they get pretty cold when getting out and that can make them upset. but I agree too that maybe you can make somekind of game or something that she loves to do after wards! good luck!
