Here's the situation... we have been contemplating a move for a LONG time, simply to obtain a bit more space. We have a LOVELY home in a neighborhood that we really like. I am looking for a no-pressure agent who is willing to just show me around a house or two here and there, whenever something peaks my interest on the MLS. We have looked and looked, but we have decided to be in NO RUSH to move... we will only make a move if we come across the right house, one we fall in love with b/c we don't want to give up a perfectly fine home just for more space-- we have to find that special home. And, the school zoning is a huge issue as well. It may take months or a year, or maybe we will decide that there's nothing better out there. I've worked with agents before whom I liked, but I always start to feel obligated to pick a house, which is why I think we bought a bit smaller than what we should have to begin with. Someone who is a young mom, or part-time, who just likes to look at houses knowing that it probably won't end up in a sale is what i'm looking for. Also, we are in the South Denton area, which is the area we will likely stay in. If you have any suggestions, please respond! Thanks.
PS. I also don't mind an agent who would need to bring her children along on a showing!

L. Mercer in Denton. She is phenomenal! We were extremely interested in a specific house and she would not show us the house. When I asked her why she said because a high level sex offender lived across the street. She really knows her stuff and looks out for her clients. My whole family has used her. I cannot rave about her enough. She used to be with Keller Williams when we used her but I think she went into business for herself because she is so successful.
