Advice Requested on Babysitter to Come to My Home in Nw Las Vegas

I found my part-time nanny on www.lasvegas.craigslist.com (look under childcare)and am absolutely thrilled with her. I also found some nannys who I interviewed before I found the one I have now on free websites such as www.desertnanny.com. I have two sons and I just went with my gut after interviewing quite a few different nannys, then I called all her references and did a police background check and we haven't looked back. Are you open to a licensed in home family childcare. My provider has one child leaving to go to school and one moving in a couple of weeks and will have a couple of openings. In the time that my daughter has been there (two years) she has only had 2 openings resulting from children moving out of state. She has a great little pre-school program and a huge play yard.
