Soaps and Creme's Good for Eczema Skin

I'm sure this question has been asked before but what are good bathing soaps and body lotion for children who have eczema.

- My son at about 4 months had horrible eczema and I was told by a family friend to use goat milk soap ... i thought eww gross but it did not stink and it worked great!!...
- Dove and CeraVe. Dove makes a fragrance/dye free bar that I use (I have SEVERE eczema). CeraVe creme (in the tub) is the only lotion that doesn't irritate my skin......
- I use all natural products, but to help your eczema there are vitamins and herbs that can help and possibly certain foods to avoid.
