...and need any tips or advice on curriculum. I've done so much research that now I want to hear what other mom's have to say. I'm a very organized and structured person who is a former pre-school teacher so I know I can do this...I just don't know where to start!! I was thinking of doing some yoga exercises with DS (4yr) to calm him down when needed (before nap or bed for example). Does anyone know of any good videos or books where I can get some ideas for a few moves or short yoga sessions? Something that can be done with him? Also, does anybody have any recommendations on baby yoga videos or books so I can do some exercises with my other son (almost 6mo)? Thanks!
