Reduced Milk Production

I am breastfeeding my 5 month old and over the past week my milk production has decreased by almost 50%. I have been sick with a sinus infection, but other than that nothing has changed. I work full time, so I pump at work, but I have remained on the same pumping schedule. I was wondering if the sinus infection could be causing this and if so will my milk production go back to normal once I am well. Or...does anyone know any "tricks" to help increase milk production? I did not have this issue occur with any of my other children.

Domperidone and Milk Supply

I have been struggling to get my milk supply up- my baby is about 7 weeks old and not a great nurser, plus I think my supply is just low to begin with. Mother's Milk Nursing Tea

I just bought this tea because I want to build up my milk supply for when I pump at work. Currently, I pump anywhere between 5 oz. - 11 oz. a day at work (I pump 3 times.) Ideally, I'd like to get to 15-16oz so I don't have to supplement with formula anymore. My question is how quickly does the tea work? And when should I be drinking it?
