I am so glad you asked. In Peotone a yoga/pilates class is starting next week at the Park Dist. There are 3 different ones to choose from. Tues. and Thurs. eve. and Thurs. morning. Call the park dist. for more info. ###-###-####

Check the Yoga Chicago website and directory for yoga classes in your area. 360 is GREAT, but a bit far for you. St. James wellness center offers yoga and pilates classes. The park districts, too, offer classes. Try several of them and see with which teachers you connect and with which types of yoga you feel most comfortable. As a yoga teacher, i can tell you that we're all different. we all focus on different things. And our students are each unique. So try try and try again until you find a good match; one that suits you both in terms of your location and your time schedule. Come visit me at Palos Health and Fitness some day in Orland Park! It's even farther from you than Frankfurt! but it would be fun to meet you!

Hi A. G,

I teach Yoga in Matteson at the Community Center, in Country Club Hills through the Park District, and also in the Peotone Park District. In Beverly I teach a Gentle Class at the Beverly Yoga Center. I am a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher and teach traditional postures, with an emphasis on breathing to create peace in the body and mind. I wish you well in your Yoga path. Remember that every yoga class is different, each teacher is different and we are all different, which, to me, is what makes Yoga so great. Please let me know if you would like more information on my classes. I hope I will see you someday in a class. Shanti, E.
