Would Anybody Be Interested in an "Ideas" Group?

I have been looking for a group to join that would focus on ideas, and goal setting, and being held accountable for the goals that we make. I can't find a group like that anywhere!

I am wondering if anybody in the Mesquite area would be interested in creating a group like this with me. I don't know where we would meet - I think the main library in Mesquite allows groups that don't make a profit to use their conference room, but I don't know if they charge for it or not. Maybe (especially in the beginning) we could meet at our homes?

The topics of the group, as I envision, would be anything from starting a business to weight loss, to helping others set and achieve goals. Also, it would be a very tolerable group that would be open to all beliefs and opinions.

I think this would be a very positive time, and everybody would benefit.

By the way... we need to address the topic of bringing our children. With my kids being old enough to stay at home by themselves for a while, I would like this a kid free zone! HOWEVER, I understand the fact that there are some moms out there that would NEED to bring their kids, or else they would not be able to attend. I sure don't want to exclude any woman just because she has to bring her child(ren). How can we deal with this? Especially if we are going to be meeting in people's houses... any thoughts?
