Where Do You Buy Workout Video's
I'am looking for a great workout video. I've looked at Target, Walmart, and Academy and I can't find a true workout video that is not pilates (don't like it). Or do you have any suggestion on a video.. I go to the gym. But I have days I just don't want to get out in the cold....

Having bought many disappointing workout DVD's, I have fallen in love with this site. They have a 30-60 second preview of each dvd so you can check out the style. I have also found that the classifications (beginner, intermediate, etc) are right on the money.

I don't know what kind of workout you're looking for but I have a couple of video workouts that I think are awesome and highly recommend.
First is anything off the Million Dollar Body site. They have a variety of workout styles represented and I would think they are all very good. But I personally have Debbie Siefers Slim in 6 and love it. It is a series of 3 workouts that start off with 25 minutes and you work your way up to 1 hour of cardio/resistance training combined. It's not dancing at all. It's mainly squats, lunges, left lifts, resistance bands, crunchs, etc. It's a routine that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up. It suggests you do it 6 days a week to get the best results.
The other person I like is Cathe Friedrich. I have a set of videos with a cardio workout, weight training workout and a stretch workout. They are all very good.
I combine these with running on the treadmill and they work well for me.
Good luck.
