Where Can Kids Eat Free or Cheap??
We don't eat out often, but when we do go out, we like to choose places that are kid-friendly and, preferably, where kids eat free or cheap. Any suggestions in the PG County/Arunel County area?

IHOP usually has a free night for kids on Tuesday I believe ,but check your area IHOP.Also check other area resturants especially now that everybody is trying to generate business.

My son, 5, LOVES El Salto's. They have authentic Mexican food, it is really reasonable and they have a short but decent kid's menu. He would eat cheese Quesidilla's everyday if he could! Not to fancy and not a dump either. There is one in Brooklyn Park. His second choice is Friendly's, third is Season's Pizza- but probably only because they just opened and it's new. Buffet's are usually a good choice too-no waiting and they are loud and bustling, usually. One parent can sit at the table with the kids while the other one fills the plate with what YOU want them to eat. Buffets are usually free for kids under a certain age.

Silver Diner has kids day where they get free milkshakes and they have arts and crafts I believe on Tuesdays. Lone Star (if they are still open near you) has kids eat free on Thursdays and Saturdays after 4 and Dennys has something as well not sure of the day but if you go to each of their websites you should be able to find something on them.

Check your local Chick-fil-a. They usually have a family night on Tuesdays or Wednesday where kids eat free with an adult purchase of a value meal.

My kids all loved Bob Evans. It is not free but not real expensive either and they serve breakfast all day - a bonus for the breakfast lovers. Friendly's is another kid friendly place, we mainly go for the ice cream, but the food is good. If you ever visit Baltimore, my sister has a great kid friendly place called Cafe Hon, just a few minutes from the Baltimore Zoo. She invented the "Toddler Plate" a piece of cheese, slice of bread, a few fresh cut fries, and cucumber slices! All not so messy finger foods. We didn't eat out often, but this was where I went. For years I was a single mom so this was a real treat!
