For your kids?

My daughter, who is 10 (and still believes in Santa), told me this morning that she can hardly wait to get their "Letter From Santa" for Christmas.
I don't know if the place I got it from last year, is going to do it this year. It was from "Birthday In A Box" online.

Anyway, I am on a REAL tight budget this year, I can't even get my kids much this year.
Ugh.
But I will need to get them the "Letter From Santa" and hopefully, find one that does not cost much.
So here I am, asking you Moms, where you will be getting yours, and how much it is????

Don't know how much longer my daughter will believe in Santa... so I still want to get her the "Letter From Santa" this year.
I don't want to disappoint her or my son.
I have been ordering these letters for them, since they were Toddlers. And then they get it in the mail, real "official" like.

Thanks a bunch for any help!

What can I do next?

Since you are on a tight budget could you just type the letter yourself, decorate it with some Christmas graphics, and then stick it in a downtown mailbox with a Christmas stamp on it? That would be the cheapest way and you could really personalize it that way, as well. Otherwise my only suggestion would be to google it and compare prices. Good luck! :)

Here are a few free printable letter sites I've come across.

http://www.noelladesigns.com/FREEPrintableSantaLetters/FR...

This one has free printables or you can choose a package for $2.99 and they mail the letter with personalized envelope, coloring book, nice list certificate, and autographed picture of Santa:

Our local community center (kind of like the YMCA but not them) is where I've gotten ours for the past 4 years. I fill out a paper with some basic questions so they can personalize the letter, give them a dollar, and it comes in the mail. I love them, as do the kids. BUT they're quite simple really, so if your community center or post office doesn't provide that service, you could do it yourself. I only know what my center does: a different Christmas paper every year, but just some Christmasy letter paper from any store will do (I would check Michaels to see if there was something suitable in the small 8 1/2 x 11" scrapbook paper so I wasn't stuck buying a big package for just my one child)....then type the letter up and mail it.

Here in Canada we send our letters to:

Santa Claus
The North Pole
Canada
HOH OHO

Canada Post sends out the replies.

It's free, but you probably need a Canadian address.
