I am practically new to the coffee world, I stared drinking it dialy when we were moving and since then liking it.
Before that when ever I saw a decaf coffee I would think it was so useless because what other reason does people have to drink coffee other then the caffeine, lol.

Since I was a newly I let my husband do the picking, but he is one of the most plain people I have know, no just on coffee flavors but in any kind of food, I don't complain because it has its advantage too, is very easy cooking for him.

Anyway, I when to shop and I spend like 20 min just deciding what to pick, so many options!!!

I got a Vanilla Caramel, smells so good, I am trying right now and I loved, even though I am not sure I can taste the taste of coffee anymore, lol.

What flavor of coffee you like more, or you like yours plain?

NBinMN : No weird, I think I read about it somewhere, I will be putting some on mine next time, hope have the same effect.

What can I do next?

Hi mamy-

I LOVE coffee...

I prefer mine black and strong. Depending on my budget, I buy beans...and grind them myself...or buy something 'pre ground' on sale...

BUT...given my irish roots...I prefer...for special occasions, irish coffee. A jigger of irish whiskey in...some sugar...and a GENEROUS dollop of freshly whipped cream!

I have enjoyed also some of the 'flavored' creams for coffee now available...but generally...on a 'regular' day...HOT and black!!

Best luck!

I love SWEET coffee (hazelnut, french vanilla, caramel)!!! I have been drinking it since I got laid off and started a daycare...over 10 yrs ago! (and yes, brand does matter! If you get off brand, you will notice a difference as opposed to a name brand and freshly ground is better than already ground!)

One thing I learned a few months ago, is that people who drink their coffee like I do (lots of sugar and creamer) can gain up to 10 pounds in 1 yr, just from the coffee and goodies we add!

So, I have started using Splenda instead of sugar and try to buy sugar free and/or fat free creamer...tastes just as good and I don't feel as guilty enjoying...I still go to Starbucks (I got 3 gift cards for Christmas) once in awhile for a treat and I never do skinny there!!!! Good stuf all the way! haha!

I am new-ish to the coffee world and bought a ton of kinds. Brands, varieties, etc. (Folgers, Maxwell House, several Target Archer Farms Brands, Seattles Best brands, Camerons...etc. Most I could not stand the smell of the grounds once I opened it! I hav ea thing for odors tho..very sensitive)

I mostly stuck to ones that were a "light brew" or said balanced something or other. I did not want any fru-fru flavors really. I finally found one I could stand and REALLY like, but I do brew it "light" with not a ton of grounds in a whole pot. Its the Caribou Columbian. If I want a flavor, I put a HEALTHY shaking of ground cinnamon on top of the grounds before brewing.

I SWEAR on days I add the cinnamon, I snack on less during the day. Is that weird that I have noticed that? Surely its a coincidence, but seems to happen!

French Vanilla - CoffeeMate now makes a creamer that is natural. No added garbage. Just cream, sugar & vanilla extract. Most creamers have a ton of additives in them.

I like mildly flavored coffee, but not the flavored sweetners and creamers. Just black flavored coffee. My favorite flavors are Hazelnut and Vanilla or a combination of the two.

I just like my classic blend of Folger's. I get bad headaches from the flavored coffees and creamers, but they all smell really good.

NBinMN: check out this site about cinnamon, it is not weird that you eat less when you use cinnamon.

Vanilla! I don't like a lot of calories in my coffee so at starbucks I opt for the skinny vanilla latte. At home, I add basic creamer and sugar, perhaps some vanilla sugar-free syrup. So good!

I am a decaf drinker - and I love my coffee.

My usual go to is Community coffee and chicory with half and half - yep, they make a decaf version for the New Orleans girl in me.

But I like hazelnut, french vanilla, caramel truffle, and Target's Archer Farms brand has a cinnamon vanilla bean flavor that is yummy.

But, I get depressed when perusing the coffee aisle - there are so many more flavors in caffeinated coffee that I want. But, since my family and co-workers don't like the "chicken on crack" effect that caffeine has on me, I just walk on. {Sigh}

Have you tried visiting your local coffee house? You can buy all kinds of flavor additives for your coffee - so yummy.

I enjoy coffee - I like french vanilla creamer vs flavored coffee - I like to be able to control the flavor in that manner. Plus depending on how the flavor was injected to the coffee it's poor quality and you are probably paying too much. So, I like my French Vanilla Creamer in my coffee and at night I do like some decaf!

I usually don't like flavored coffees, but if you can find the Godiva creme brulee ground coffee, it really is fabulous. Sometimes they have it at TJ Maxx, but I haven't seen it there in a while.

Not wild about flavored coffees, although I will occasionally add a shot of vanilla extract, amaretto, Kahlua or Baileys.
My favorite coffee is Community New Orleans blend. I also love RavensBrew's Three Peckered Billy Goat and Deadman's Reach blends, but ithey're expensive - $12 for 12 ounces, so I only order hem for special occasions.

I love coffee but I am a snob. I prefer to grind my own beans at home and sadly do not have access to what I feel is the best coffee in my area. I live in the land of Starbucks. I do enjoy coffee with chocolate, especially dark, caramel, peppermint and even just a hint of cinnamon and milk. I am not able to handle any type of coffee black. I'm a wimp, I'll admit it.

I like dark roasted beans. Mostly strong, with milk and one teaspoon of sugar, hardly stirred, so there's sugar in the bottom at the end. I've had coffee from Guatemala, Costa Rica, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and several american brands. I like them all. I don't like the artificial aromas, vanilla, caramel, though I don't mind a mocha once in a while.
