Hi G.! You have gotten lots of great advice, so maybe you won't need mine. I made my own organizer to help cut down on buying more than we need for groceries and to plan ahead so we don't indulge in junk food! My husband is on a strict diet, so its important for us to plan ahead! We can't be tempted by taco bell or mcdonald's! If you want my organizer shoot me a message and I can email it to you!

Hi G.,
Here is an idea we have tried recently and seems to take away the "Whats for Dinner?" question and makes it easier to go shopping. I have set each day as a Theme. For example, for as long as I remember Mondays have been pasta night and Fridays are pizza night. Recently we added the rest of the days with a theme that my husband and I decided on: Tuesdays - Meat and Potatoes, Wednesdays - Sandwiches, Thursdays - Ethnic Night, Saturdays - OUT to eat or leftovers (my free day), Sundays - crock pot/casserole. I also sell Pampered Chef so I have a plethora of recipes that does make the process a little easier. Feel free to check out my web-site for recipes. Any questions, please let me know. B. I always plan my meals 2 weeks in advance. That way when I go to the store, I only buy what I need. It also takes the stress out of dinner time. I already know what we're having! I usually go to www.kraftfoods.com, www.pillsbury.com and www.allrecipes.com. I always find really good recipes on these sites.

Hi G.!

Have you ever heard about Power cooking? I've been teaching people in their homes how to make 5 meals at once that go in freezer bags for the week ahead but of course can keep for up to 3 months in your freezer. I am with the Pampered chef. Not only are the meals delicious, but they are quick, easy and inexpensive! Recipes made with chicken include things like a delicious stir-fry, chili, and pasta dishes...use sirloin or turkey to create sloppy joes, tacos, hoagies...and more! We also have this amazing DEEP COVERED BAKER, that we like to call our "magic pot". This thing is amazing. Use in your regular oven OR the microwave. I have tons of recipes made in there in 15 minutes or less like our Chicken fajitas or 12 minute pork tenderloin...so many recipes, so many options ALL in less than 30 minutes. I'd love to help you out anytime, whether for recipes or if you'd like me to come teach you and your friends how to powercook! Other mamasource members worked with me/are working with me. I'd love to help you too!
Contact me at ____@____.com . I can give you the direct link to my website. I give 10% off to mamasource members when they place an order with me. Host a show and i'll give you a free cookbook too! My average host earns about $115 in free products! Plus huge discounts. So learn great recipes AND get the free products to make them with! I look forward to hearing from you and hope i can help however you decide.
Take care!!

Yep, I've always done weekly (1 week at a time) planning. Usually on Wed, when the sale fliers come out, I plan out the meals for the next week.

I've never used any websites, but I do use food and wine, food network and allrecipes for recipes from time to time.

My ' no cook' meal is soup and panini sandwiches. I just make up big batches of soup and freeze it, then all you need is deli stuff and old bread.
