"The Fertility Diet"
Has anyone read or tried "The Fertility Diet"? I'm considering purchasing the book, but wanted to get some feedback before I did. (We've been trying to almost 2 years without any success.)

Fertility has a lot to do with a balanced system - on both partners - so I suggest NATURAL and safe alternatives to drug therapy - use Sumacazon - it is known through centuries of history in South America to improve fertility in animals and humans - check it out on my website: ShootingStarHerbs.AmazonHerb.net - or call me with any questions at ###-###-####

B. you are so on the right track- I would highly encourage you to talk with Monika Woolsey- this is her speciality, She is amazing and has helped many moms conceive when they had lost all hope and even the fertility docs could not help after thousands of dollars were spent:(
It is sad but true that it is so related to our diets:)

Hi B.,
I am a Holistic Health & Nutritional Coach and can work with you to become fertile again. One of my clients is due this month, after having spent several years trying to get pregnant. Sometimes there is more involved than just diet (although that is a huge culprit).
I am familiar w/ the Fertility Diet; but have not read it. I'm not big on "book" diets because they take the "one size fits all" approach, which is not good. While book diets do help some people, they often leave out a huge population they don't work for.
I would be happy to get together with you and explain what I do and how my program differs from traditional diets. I will also give you a complimentary Health History. Please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.
Warm Regards,

If you have not read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, by Toni Weschler, I would recommend that first. It's an excellent book for helping to understand your entire cycle and any conditions that affect it.

Hi B.,
Depending upon your individual knowledge and personal habits regarding proper and healthy nutrition, it would never hurt to have this information at your fingertips. We can all benefit from affordable, easy to follow eating advice.
Check out the book review on U.S. News. It's thorough, concise and should help you decide either which way...

Remember to have your hubby wear LOOSE fitting boxer shorts, no tighty-whities while trying to conceive. And make sure YOU are rested...I can't imagine caring for 2 infants, your rambunctious 2 1/2 yr. old and still feeling up to the task of adding more to my plate. So consider your overall health, not just the nutritional aspect.
Warm wishes for a successful conception!

No I have not read this but tried everything else trying to conceive. We ended up at an amazing fertility doctor's office in Scottsdale and we are expecting a beautiful little boy in June. Let me know if you interested in his info.

For some other interesting ideas on diet and nutrition in regards to fertility, check out http://www.westonaprice.org. It might be too far out for you, but it might also ring true for you. They agree that fat is necessary, but would disagree about any use of soy.
