We are planning a trip down to San Antonio and Austin area. On the way home we would like to stop at one of the caverns/caves near those ares. any recs. on: The Natural Caverns, Inner Spcae Cavern, or Wonder World park/cavern. Which is the "best" worth the price/coolest etc....
Any good , bad, for any listed would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance.

I've only been to Cascade Caverns outside of San Antonio, it's been awhile, but I think they were pretty reasonable. I don't have anything to compare them too. I know my kids liked it, they were elementary school age when we went. We lived in San Antonio and went during the summer and it was so cool in them compared to when we came out of them...
I like outdoors, and try to expose my children to it... they seem to really like it too.
have fun!

We have been to both the Inner Space and the Natural Bridge. Both of them were great. I think the Inner Space (Austin) was a little more interesting. Not sure of the prices, just check the websites. Either one you chose you will enjoy. Have fun.

We visited Natural Bridge Caverns. It was really great! It can be a bit steep so just be sure to hold your little ones' hands! My girls were about 7 and 11 at the time. They really enjoyed it.
