Snap and Go Stroller

Does anyone know if those Snap and Go type strollers (where you can just put the infant carrier in a simple fold up frame) fit infant carriers other than Graco/Peg Perego...I have a Chicco Keyfit 30, which is on the bigger end of infant carriers, and would love to get one of those strollers just to leave in my car.

What can I do next?

LLOOVVEED my snap n go... they have different bars included in the packaging and they are meant to accommodate different car seats. You can look up on their website OR if you're buying them on line I suggest going through Diapers.com - and they will help you. Free return shipping if they don't work out.
I just got 2 5pt. booster seats thru them - HANDS DOWN the best customer service I've ever had (and we had some issues!).

There is a Baby Trend brand one. It should fit most car seats. Go to Babies R Us and try it out. When I worked there, we once tried fitting a Britax on the Graco and it worked well, so go and try out you seat in the stroller. If not try the Baby Trend one.

I had one of these strollers and it was the best $$$ I ever spent. Anyway, I don't know if it can fit your type of car seat but you could call or go to a Babies R Us store and ask. Or go to the stroller manufacturer's website for more info or call their customer service number (I'm sure you can find it on the website).

Call babies r us and you should be able to get one. I bought mine there and loved it. Also if you have a Once Upon A Child store near check there. They care a lot of those items for reasonable prices.

I am 99.9% sure it will fit. I suggested that my sister get one. I wish I'd had one.

Chicco may carry one. Google Chicco. Otherwise, take your car seat to Babys R Us or anywhere that carry that type of stroller and try it out.

I'm almost positive it will fit. If you look at either the Baby Trend of Graco snap and go information, it will tell you what car seats are compatible. You can always go to Babies R Us and try it out too.

If I remember correctly, the Chiccos aren't supposed to work with the Snap n' Go because they don't have the little cut out ledge at the bottom that snaps into one of the bars. It's the same cut out that people use to put the carrier on the top of a shopping cart. Some manufacturers don't like putting in the cut out space to discourage parents from putting the carrier on top of the shopping cart.

Some people use the Chicco with the Snap n Go anyway and strap it in and feel it's secure enough. It's up to you.

It fits - I had a Chicco Keyfit30 for my almost 17-month old DD and used the Snap and Go. It sinks into the hole and there is a strap you put across where the baby's feet go and it works perfectly...used it until she was a year!
