under the umbrella
Make vanilla jell-o pudding and put it in small paper cup. Crumble gram crackers on top. Put a gummy bear on it and a little paper umbrella toothpick. The children have fun looking under the umbrella to see what is under it

or if you have a unicorn cookie cutter you could make unicorn or unicorn horn cookies

make some "uglies!" any kind of bark (almond, chocolate, butterscotch), some chinese noodles, peanuts, marshmallows, raisins...whatever sounds good. the more variety the "uglier" they'll turn out, hence the name. just a thought!

Maybe you could make "umbrellas". Apple slice on top, with a pretzel stick stuck in it for a handle?

How about Umbrella Cakes? Make some cupcakes and stick some of those colorful umbrellas in them, the kind that you put with your mixed drink! I've seen the umbrellas at Walmart.
