Hi, I'm just looking for new snack ideas for my 13 month old. I think he's getting bored with the cheerios, animal crackers, etc. Any suggestions??

What can I do next?

you can try corn pops, fruit, veggies, just try whatever you think he has enough teeth to chew...

Does your son like yogurt? If so, anything you can dip in yogurt is great - graham crackers, apple slices, bananas, even thinly-sliced carrot spears if he's got teeth and you supervise him.

Avocado is also great, it tastes good, is nice and soft and is super nutritious. Raisins, any type of berries, cottage cheese, cheese sliced up into small cubes, Kashi Heart to Heart cereal (my son LOVES the stuff), cucumber slices.

Try a lot of things! You'll be surprised what your son likes and is willing to try.

I boil a pkg of baby carrots then throw them in the fridge. When my 15month old son wants a snack I just give him a few. They're soft enough that he can chew them easily. He loves them.

I have tried all kinds of differnt foods with my son (16 months old). He loves hummus on anything...crackers, spread on bread with cheese for sandwiches, as a dip with cucumbers etc.

He also loves frozen blueberries, I think they feel good because they are cold. He likes garden burgers as well. THese are really easy because they can be cooked in the microwave and then cut up.

Hope these suggestions help.
