HI!!!!

My kid is in a soccer team and he needs to bring snacks tomorrow Any suggestions about what type of snacks will be ok for 4 years old ?

I would go with something prepackaged, like snack packs of goldfish. You can find them at the grocery store or WalMart. Some people are funny about accepting food that isn't sealed.

Usually we do a bottled water or Capri Sun juice and then a bag of Ritz crackers with Peanut butter.

Grapes in individual baggies and 100% fruit juice boxes are always a big hit. For the sake of the kids, please resist the temptation to bring cookies, chips, candy or other foods with no nutritional value. They get enough of that elsewhere in their lives.
